Hydrospeed in Valsesia is a unique and adrenaline-pumping experience that allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature, experiencing firsthand the power and beauty of the river. This water sport is practiced using a floating board, fins, wetsuit, helmet, and life jacket, all designed to help you navigate the crystal-clear waters of the Sesia River, one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe.
The descent can vary from calm, clear stretches of water, perfect for observing aquatic life, to intense rapids and thrilling water maneuvers, depending on the river conditions.
There are two main routes:
- The classic route offers a medium-difficulty section with emerald-colored waters, rapids, and tranquil ponds.
- The Gorges of Sesia is a shorter, yet equally spectacular stretch, winding through high granite cliffs, creating a stunning and breathtaking environment. This route is used when the water level in the classic section is too low.
In both cases, the experience is suitable for everyone, from beginners to extreme sports enthusiasts, and provides the perfect opportunity to explore the river from a completely new perspective, in close contact with nature.
