Independent arrival in the morning at your selected accommodation in Passolanciano. Check-in and first self-guided snowshoe hike through the beech forests surrounding the area. This trail is ideal for getting comfortable with the snow and taking in initial panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea shimmering on the horizon.

Breakfast at the accommodation. Independent winter hike (using snowshoes or microspikes depending on snow conditions) towards the evocative Hermitage of Santo Spirito a Majella. Set into the limestone cliff, the hermitage takes on an even more powerful, peaceful, and spiritual atmosphere during winter.

The route follows the high-altitude mountain road, completely blanketed in deep snow, winding through mountain pines submerged in fresh powder. End of activities and independent departure.
